Golden Chef Culinary Academy

INTRODUCTION

Golden Chef Culinary Academy is located at Penang Butterworth, also known as GCCA. We are provides Diploma of Professional Chef Program. We will equip you with the education, training and work skills that you will need to succeed, wherever you go.

Our program’s syllabus was consists 20% theoretical and 80% practical. The theoretical are included food service management, hotel management, food safety management, quality management, costing control and etc; the practical are included western cuisine, Asian cuisine, Chinese cuisine, patisseries, vegetable & fruits carving and etc.

This programme is developed to provide practical culinary and entrepreneurship skills to students. Students will gain valuable exposure as they will have their industrial training at 5-star hotels.We believe that the satisfaction of its students is the cornerstone of its success. GCCA continues to embrace the rapid changes in the world by increasing the competitiveness of its students. GCCA will continue improve its knowledge and the creativity of culinary art to increase its potential by producing world class chefs.
