GYM
Going to the gym can be as natural to some as showering or eating. It’s a good feeling to walk out of the IPK College’s gym, at least a much better feeling than walking in. However, we need a good coach or trainer to guide us to use all the equipment provided at the gym.
Lucky for IPK College students, we invited former Mr Penang to train us during our gym sessions! We learned a lot from this muscular guy. We want our students to have confidence on themselves! Thus, going to gym is a good start.
IPK College always aims for a healthy lifestyle for students to maintain both their studies and their daily life. We are so happy to provide students with facilities and guide towards their better future in whatever career they choose to lead in future!
Penang International Food Festival (PIFF)
IPK College always strives the best for our students; we realize the importance of knowing our culture!
IPK College had the chance to visit the Penang International Food Festival (PIFF) to experience the rich history and tradition of Penang’s food. We are glad to bring our students to enjoy the great food served with the price of RM2 for every dish. This is a very affordable price for students to try almost every meal there.
Students finally had the hands-on experience of tasting the great food near IPK College!
WESAK DAY
IPK College students had the chance to visit Nandaka Vihara, the Buddhism Monastery. This is a charity event for Wesak day. It focuses on fund raising for free education & medical for the people in need. Students were so happy to volunteer in this event.
As known, volunteering increases self-confidence. You are doing good for others and the community, which provides a natural sense of accomplishment. Your role as a volunteer can also give you a sense of pride and identity. And the better you feel about yourself, the more likely you are to have a positive view of your life and future goals.
IPK College always encourages students to volunteer in this kind of charity event to allow them to connect to the community. Let’s hope we will get more chances to help and make the world a better place
Visit to old folks home
Last Saturday, IPK College students volunteered to visit and do some charity works at the Permatang Tinggi Old Folks Home! Students organized a lot of fun activities to entertain the elderly that are staying there. Students also collected some amount of money to be donated to the elderly living there.
IPK College is proud to encourage students to involve more in charity works as it can bring happiness while helping those in needs.
